We love all of our projects, but this one was special.
The extent of this project involved a lot of painting (custom color choices), sanding & staining wood floors, some new tile, countertops, and light fixtures. Outside, a new interpretation of the yard space showcases its functionality and spaciousness with a dedicated grassy yard, parcel-specific plants, and a lot of strategic refinement for each of the vignettes around the yard.
Top to bottom, we refreshed this space to highlight the architecture, warm tones of the beautiful woods, and the open spaces. When completed and staged, we believe we took the original vision of the owner and enhanced the property to create a dramatic living space that resulted in NINE terrific offers.
